The annulment was because not everyone who converted observed Jewish law. But what about the ones who did. What about the ones who did it because they believed that the right religion was the Jewish one, not because he wanted to get married he had no girl friend yet. A friend of mine did his conversion back in his home country and came to Israel for the final conversion which included Brit Mila and Mikva and walked out of the office feeling very happy that he was now Jewish and could perform all the Mitzva's. He decided to make Aliya and went to Yeshiva to learn. About six months after he was informed that his conversion had been annulled. This was a crime, they took this boys life away from him.
