61. Do not OverReact on This
Cagri ,   istanbul, Turkey   (03.09.10)
When i read the article, i see it is written by someone who wants to pick-up tension, and create a "new" problem between israel and Turkey. The earthquake is so Lokal, and has so minor effects, even it is Rejected, it is not because the israeli made the proposal, because there is no "Need" for it. The quake affacted on few villages and there isn't even anybody under ruins. As a Turkish citizen i am sending my Thanks, to anyone who wills to help, i would also personally try to do my best if There is a Quake in anywhere. thanks again, but be calm, no need for misunderstandings or overreactions. is it?
62. THE TURKISH STATE REJECTED ALL OFFERS OF ASSISTANCE!!
Ibrahim ,   Ankara, Turkey   (03.09.10)
It is about time that the facts are not distorted in a bid to provoke harsh rhetoric against the Turkish government. The Republic of Turkey, said "Thank you for your concern, but no thanks" to ALL offer of assistance. Including those of Greece, Iran, Syria and Saudi Arabia.

1. Your leaders do not always agree with you. Only about 10 days ago your PM was requesting the Jewish lobby in the USA to do something about the Armenian Genocide bill in the USA. Since he asked for help too late this time the bill was passed in the commission. 2. Before you attack Israel about its relationship with its neighbors, Turkey should sort out its bad relations with the Greek Cyprus, Armenia and even Azerbaijan. 3. Only last fall mass graves of Greek Cypriots were found in North Cyprus of missing Greeks since the Turkish Invasion of 1974. Let me see Turkey investigating and punishing the culprits. Iyi geceler.

and visit the families who are still living in the housing built by the Israelis when the big earthquake hit their area. You don't believe a team of only 8-9 with a paralyzed dog built them I suppose. I was Born and raised in Turkey in 1950 and lived there until 1980. In those years Turks were wonderful modern intellectual welcoming people. I see that now there is a new generation of arr0ogant and NANKOR people.
