There is just one problem with this plan, Israel has no intention of making peace with the Palestinians. They will never allow the Palestinians to have a viable state, they don't want to give up their illegal settlements, they don't want to end their domination and control of the Palestinians, and they certainly don't want to give up Arab East Jerusalem (eventually it won't be Arab anymore once they finish ethnically-cleansing it). All they know how to do is talk peace and drag out negotiations for years while they create enough facts-on-the-ground to prevent any chance for a Palestinian State.

The problem is Israelis don't want either a one-state solution nor a two-state solution. They want a Jewish-only state solution on ALL of the lands including the West Bank. Peace doesn't suit them because they want to build and build and build settlements until they have driven all the Palestinians out of the West Bank.
