Haq we applied the standards on the east as the west side, the capital would be united and the arabs would favor the status quo with a creative solution to citizenship. It is absolutely untrue and unjustified to argue that ALL Arab residents of East Jerusalem refuse to be part of Israel...etc. Many actually prefer an Israeli authority over this territory given the power struggle and chaos that will come with Palestinian sovereignty. 3. Pushing Arab residents of East Jerusalem in deeper poverty and misery by cutting all welfare would only encourage criminality and terrorism.
