It's pumped into the West Bank bases and communities from the National Water supplier which gets its water from a coastal aquifer and the Kinneret. If the "Pals" want water, let them drop the wells. The Civil Administration has already approved infrastructure projects and the drilling of 360+ wells in the West Bank of which the PA only dropped 60+.
