First of all, the Turkel committee was independent. Secondly, hundreds of hours of video were viewed by military experts to see if any international law was breached. It was not. Lastly, the blockade itself is legal per the San Remo Article 98 and 100 which allows the blockading country to prevent a ship from approaching a blockaded area, provided a warning was given.
