With Egypt and Jordan in turmoil and the uncertainty of the peace lasting - if there ever was any peace - more like a temporary cessation of fire in exchange for Israeli territory, oil wells and precious water wells - this is not the time to sacrifice more land of the buffer zones at the borders. And Europe would do well to keep an eye at its eastern and southern borders. If the Islamists win, Spain and Italy won't stay very safe places for both Christians and Jews. '
