American Jews vote democratic. No matter how bad Obama is for the US, the Jews will vote for him. The fact is that it does not matter. The Jews are a tiny minority. In 2008 he was elected because of rabid delegitimization of Bush that led to McCain supporters staying home and a belief that Obama was different that lead to Obama supporters voting. If the Republicans find a credible candidate, they can win thanks to Obama's failure. A first factor is poverty. Thanks to Obama many of his voters no longer have money to buy food or gasoline. A second factor is that most of Obama's fanatic supporters will remain silent. He lost them with a whole series of stupid mistakes: torturing homosexual activist Bradley Manning, threatening journalist Julian Assange with death, increasing the civilian body count in Afganistan, the illegal attack on Libya with the thousands of civilian deaths at the hand of Obama, supporting Syria, Saudi and Bahraini massacres of unarmed civilians, the declaration that torture in Guantanomo Bay is part of his policy, justifying Bush.

The so-called "liberal" Jews ( there is nothing liberal about them and there are among the least open minded people) turned liberalism into their religion. They don't want to be identified as Jews and they don't care about Israel ( if they did they would have not voted for Obama). They forget the fact that if Israel did not exist, their status in the USA would have been like that of Jews during WWII who cowardly prefered to keep quiet than raise holy hell and engage the US anti-Semitic government in rescue operations of the European Jewry.

As a Jewish American, and one of the few who has not partaken of the Kool Aid, I'll venture to say that American Jews will still vote for Obama in droves come the next election. They are loyal democrats and will choose to spin or ignore what Obama has said and/or done to fit their political allegiance to the party which is much stronger than their supposed love of Israel.
