a long, long time ago. Nothing is served by Israel remaining in that despicable (and insane) organization. Most of the UN's time has been spent doing nothing but passing anti-Israel resolutions. Yet, Israel stays in the UN like a battered wife. Israel needs to leave the UN. Period. Otherwise, they will continue to get abused by them until the state is finally destroyed.

Regardless, but especially when the US is borrowing 40 cents for every dollar we spend, why are we contributing aid to people who hate us and are not interested in peace?

The Palestinian Authority and Hamas are supported by billions in aid from Europe, America, and rich Arab states. America and Europe pays the most and gets nothing in return. These people are welfare recipients that live off other people's hard earned money. The PA is still 900 million in the red( where does all the money go?) prompting Saudi Arabia to recently send them 200 million more in financial aid. Let's not forget all the West Bank people who work in Israel every day and would not have those jobs without Israel. My point is; you cannot have a viable state unless you can survive without billions in aid and many other states working to prop you up. They would not even be able to feed the people of the West Bank and Gaza without massive foreign aid. Is the West going to continously send massive amounts of money to these people to continue this conflict? In a word, NO, we are running out of money. Thank God.

Jews out of Palestine and Palestinians out of the Jewish State of Israel. Fair is fair - though you and you people clearly know nothing about fairness. No three states for you, Nour.

I have watched this conflict my whole life and can plainly see that this is a religious war not a war about land...if people won't believe the historical record about the area then let might be right...let them fight it out and then once the Jews have pushed the ignorant worthless lazy sh*ts into Jordan or into the sea the area will prosper and enjoy peace. Fu*k the so called palestinians...settle it the way the Romans would have and be done with it and move on.

I KNOW the original purpoae of the UN was to promote PEACE and to provide a FORUM to solve differances. Abbas does not seem to fit in to this GOAL.

The idea that the Palestinians could be a good faith partner in anything ought to be a litmus test for whether you are allowed to vote and whether you should be allowed out in public without a keeper. I have NEVER seen a single thing that has made me even hope (let alone dream) that the Palestinians were civilized human beings. They are not. This is not genetic; but it is deeply cultural. Their culture is like quicksand as civilized people struggle to rise from the primordial goo from which we all came. Unfortunately, the Palestinians not only seem destined to be stuck there, they actually seem to enjoy it. Go figure; but never try to work with them again. Just as there won't a UN military presence in America. It's ALL Israeli land, always has been for over 3,000 years and will continue to be for thousands more. The Arabs NEVER ACCEPTED the partition or land offers of the UN, resorting them BACK to Israel and the expanded territories are rightfully Israels by international law since they won those small parcels (Golan) in war and have no obligation to return them based upon security concerns. It was the UN who patrol BEHIND the expanded areas: a clear sign they accept Jewish sovereignty over them. The Only Palestinians are JEWS, NOT Arabs. Go get an education.

I really wish people, especially US politicians, would stop claiming to speak for the American people. I, for one, believe in equality, across the board. From the outside looking in, it seems to me that the Israelis respond to fire with fire. How do you expect them to react after the way they have been treated by mankind? Again, the Israelis have been there for eons. If all of the Palis Arab brethren feel so strongly about them, why don't they take them in? Because they dont want them that's why.
