1. Gee. What a surprise.
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (09.26.11)
I would not bet the ranch on the American Jewish community supporting either Obama or the Democratic party. We're kind of disappointed and we are the furthest thing from stupid you can imagine.
2. I would not bet on it
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (09.26.11)
I think that the majority of Jews will vote Republican in 2012. We always vote, and we cannot in good conscience vote for the Moslem fraud, phony and liar in the White House. The Obama war chest for re-election is down some 92% over his 2008 war chest. Care to guess who isn't contributing? Care to guess why? Duh.
3. How much is the Jewish vote worth?
Jacob Erickson ,   Holon, Israel   (09.26.11)
I know they make a huge deal about the Jewish vote but is it really that important? Jews don't make up that much of the population for them to be such a big tie breaker. Maybe to get nominated to run for president you need support from groups like AIPAC, but to run for a second term, it doesn't seem like it is soooo important
4. Obama BAD FOR ISRAEL
Richard ,   Boca Raton, USA   (09.26.11)
Let's get this clear. Obama is not good for the United States. He is is doing everything to hinder business from growing and prospering. This is a country that thrives on business. He has his own agenda which is to turn the United States into a third-rate socialist type European country. Now that Obama is not good for the USA he is ESPECIALLY BAD for Israel. If you think Obama wants to veto the Palestionian request for statehood in the UN, you are naive. He has no CHOICE because the Jewish people, including the Jewish Senators and Congress persons would castegate him and he would definitely have lost the Jewish vote. Obama gives more respect to the Muslim nations than Israel and more respect to the Muslim leaders than Israeli leaders. My vote as an Amercan Jew in 2012 is for "ABO" -- ANYBODY BUT OBAMA.
5. The Jewish community are firmly in his pocket
Cameron ,   USA   (09.26.11)
They are liberal to their blue bones. Their enthusiasm may be on the slow wane, but they'll follow Obama right off the cliff in 2012.
6. To #3 Jacob
Rachel ,   US   (09.26.11)
The Jewish vote is small, but it can make the difference is states like FL, PA, and NY. Obama has a good chance of losing the 1st two already. If Romney (if GOP nominee) can get 40% of Jewish vote, Obama won't have a chance.
7. I've been saying this a while, not surprised at all
Rachel ,   US   (09.26.11)
8. Furthest thing from stupid?
Alan ,   Haifa   (09.26.11)
The Jewish Dems supported and voted for Obama despite all the warning signs. Not reading the writing on the wall and sticking your head in the sand falls squarely under the stupid banner. The stupidity/ghetto mentality of Jews all over the world, Dems included is indefensible. Obama is just another US President in a long line so far pushing for more state-sponsored tyranny against whats left of economic and personal freedoms.
9. To: Richard at No. 4
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (09.26.11)
I agree. I would vote for a chimpanzee running on the Republican ticket before voting for the lying phony and fraud currently occupying the White House.
10. What would a survey of evangelicals say?
Robert ,   USA   (09.26.11)
I would be curious to see how a survey of evangelicals would stack up against this survey? Evangelicals are those Christians who believe the Bible is true and try to live according to what they think it says... and they are the strongest supporters Israel has.
11. To: Jacob at No. 3
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (09.26.11)
No, what is key is that Jews vote in significant numbers and that most Jews reside in so-called "swing" states. Keep in mind that the president of the United States is not elected by the popular vote, but rather by what is known as the Electoral College. Important states have traditionally turned on the Jewish vote -- New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida -- all states with significant Jewish populations and a large number of Electoral College votes.
12. UN mess Obama's making..
Steven Gilbert ,   Teaneck   (09.26.11)
Undercutting Israel's negotiating stance w/promotion of 1967 borders and stand against WB construction gave Pals premise and support to go to the UN. Gotta be an idiot for now give BHO credit for vetoing Pali state. With friends like this.....
13. most US jews have no jewish identity
david ,   new york   (09.26.11)
if someone has the last name "greenberg" but never went to synagogue, never went to israel and is maried to a non-jew, do i really care about what his opinion of obama or israel is? face it: only 15% of american jews are actually jewish, the other 85% have no connection at all.
14. WOW !
Chad ,   U.S.   (09.27.11)
I'm really surprised that he even has support from the Israel public . After openly calling for 67 boarders witch has since blew up in his face , Another the whole Egypt spring , within Days calling for Mubarak to step down while staying silent to Irans calls for a new gov. This president is systematicly tearing down everything that the U.S. has stood for the last 30+ years and it may take another 5 years but this world is heading into troubled waters because of him and his marxist polices.
15. Obummer
Abir ,   Chicago, IL   (09.26.11)
Did not vote for him in 2008, and will certainly not vote for him in 2012.
16. Who said it ? .... a friend ...
Citizen ,   of ME   (09.27.11)
Obama to the Congressional Black Caucus : - ( If asking a billionaire to pay the same tax rate as a Jew, uh, as a janitor makes me a warrior for the working class, I wear that with a badge of honor. I have no problem with that.
17. Hillary Clinton to be his Vice President "game over"
Lisa ,   LA, Ca   (09.27.11)
18. To Steven: Every US Pres. Straddled the Fence
Dave Lev ,   Los AngelesUSA   (09.27.11)
To Steven: I believe every President acknowledged that the 67 lines were ti be the starting point for borders. IF there is no final agreement until the land swaps are made, I dont see the harm. However, if the borders are fixed, this creates an impossible situaion, which is what I BELIEVE Abbas wants at the UN. The right of return is based on UN242..agreed to borders..and only after both sides approve each migrant. In the age of missiles.. more territory is less important, but still necessary against tanks and troops. We all know that 8 miles is not defensible. Abbas denies the Holocaust and is now demanding Pals be Judenrein. Is he really just a two bit Hitler? Had the Arabs won 3 wars..there would be no Jews in the former British Mandate of Palestine. We all know that. Abbas has successfully twisted history, made his people look like the victims and convinced the planet that Israel is causing all the havoc., and is thwarting peace. One wonders about a leader who says his people have been occupied since the criminal creation of the State of Israel, 63 years ago. He knows better than that? Hey Abbas,2 states were created, one Jewish, the other Arab, by the UNGA. Where are you? My advice to Israel: unify your people vis a vie the enemy. Speak with one voice. Vote your preferences to the legislature and Executive. Stop the whining. You cannot have guns and butter and you NEED GUNS. Convert the Basic Law into a Constitution, making Israel a state of the Jews (Jewish state) per G-ds command and the Balfour AND the UNGA resolution in 1947. If 700,000 Jews who left tgheir homes after 48 are compensated, allow another 100,000 Muslims into Israel...under a family reunion program...with the option of eventually joining the Pals state. Obama needs Jewish gelt, but he has other supporters. He is weak President who has resolved nothing since his victory. But Jewish fears (paranoia) of being converted and the 10 commandments in schools, drives them to the Demorcats, who BTS also believe in the rapture. .
19. #10, with Tea party, Perry, Romney, Bachmann
mary of Bethany ,   singapore   (09.27.11)
you bet the Evangelicals will really vote BIG TIME for the Republicans. Evangelicals believe the Jews are given the "birth-rights" by G-D Himself to the Land. Evangelicals are more pro-Israel than the many Leftist Jews, who will never wake up till Islamization bless the many states of America one by one, just like how the Islamization of Europe! Evangelicals said together with the Jews: "Masada will never fall again!"
20. evangelicals believe Jews have the Birth-right to the Land!
mary of Bethany ,   singapore   (09.27.11)
Evangelicals nowadays are strong in their study of the Bible, thus more are supporting the right of the Jews to the LAND, as promised by G-D Himself to the Jews. Evangelicals stand more with the Jews than the Leftist-Jews which despised their "birth-right" like Esau. Evangelicals will pledged with the Jews: Masada will never fall again! (i have climbed Masada 3 times, very moving place!)
21. Obama Survey
No way Obama ,   NEW YORK   (09.27.11)
As a New York Jew and registered Democrat, there is no way that I would vote for Obama. Furthermore, I do not know anyone who will vote for him. The word around the NY Jewish community is that he has got to go. If Obama is re-elected I am getting out of Dodge with many of my friends. Israel, make room for the tidal wave of US Jews.
22. Among Israeli Jews, Obama's approval rating is 4%...,
JBI   (09.27.11)
something some abroad should learn from...!!
23. A vote for Romney is a vote for Israel.
Steven A. ,   Bay Area, USA   (09.27.11)
With a Republican president, even Romney, and a Republican Congress, U.S. government would favor Israel more. Perry and the rest are extremists and unlikely to win the general election.
24. Like a one-legged runner
Steven A. ,   Bay Area, USA   (09.27.11)
Saying Obama can win without the Jewish vote is like saying a man can win a marathon with one leg. He really can't, and what's more Israel has staunch support from Congress. However the American goyim are largely sick and tired of the bickering and Israel is losing support. I back Netanyahu and I'd like to see him achieve peace while retaining control of Jerusalem. Bibi is a statesman among idiots. If Tzipi grows a backbone she can be a great leader too.
25. Even before Veto
Mark ben Josef ,   USA   (09.27.11)
Demonizing starts back up, even before the veto. Interesting. So maybe the veto is a waste of effort. It's use sure to damage the US in Arab eyes. Maybe Obama should reconsider and vote Aye for Palestinian statehood afterall.
26. Of the 45% Disapproved on Iran
Mark of Lewiston ,   USA   (09.27.11)
How many have kids serving in the Army, Navy or Marines? How many have kids who served in Iraq or Afghanistan? How many thought going after bin Laden was the right thing to do?
27. Stop Genocide of Blacks by US backed Libyan Rebels!
Linda Rivera ,   New York, USA   (09.27.11)
We need another Martin Luther King to help STOP the GENOCIDE of BLACKS by US backed Libyan rebels in Libya! The Obama-supported rebels left in charge are now conducting a “large scale cleaning in the areas under their control with the extermination of all blacks in the capital”, according to The Independent. Barbaric atrocities, kidnappings and ruthless genocide of blacks in Libya by US/France/NATO backed Al-Qaeda linked rebels has been going on for months. US/NATO who waged war for months for the Al-Qaeda linked rebels-who murder our troops in Iraq-are RESPONSIBLE for stopping the genocide. US/NATO are also responsible for rescuing the many terrified blacks kidnapped by the rebels, including the kidnapped black children who have been horrendously abused by the black-hater Muslim rebels. Blacks must have human rights! STOP THE GENOCIDE!
28. Obama Kept sucking up for the jews until they got tired
Wiseguy ,   los angeles   (09.27.11)
Now he is being kicked around remind me of Nixon what a waste Harvard law degree Aspiring black promise is being crushed by the jews who he serve the most he should have stay the course and enforce Peace
29. Friends don't let friends vote for Obama.
Chaim ,   Israel   (09.27.11)
Just as a real friend wouldn't let you drive drunk; a real friend would do everything they can to convince you not to vote for the worst U.S. President in at least a century. If you know someone planning to vote for Obama; please try to reason with them.
30. wouldn't vote for Obama if my life depended on it
American Jew   (09.27.11)
