1. Disgusting. I suppose that's why the IDF's pr dept showed a

family as a terrorist target and also included a cat in the target site....for those who might not give a damn about an Israeli family in the line of rocket fire there may be those who campaign to "save the cats". Nebuch. WTF is wrong with those people.
2. unfortunate, but that is reality

It is easy to get carried away with gut reactions of animals suffering just like seeing Arab mothers crying when their children are injured by Israeli retaliations. Gut reactions are very strong and the photos and pictures give more credibility than the intellectual and logical pursuit of factual material. The pictures hit the emotion immediately; logical conclusions take time to sort out the aggressor and who is the perpetrator. Unfortunately, the world is too busy with their iphones, digital games, and personal pleasures to take the time it takes to actually think through the information that is provided in order to make a cool logical decision. Hence we have the likes of PETA and Jews who favor the Arab cause.
3. Ask PETA to protest this

During the Muslim EID festival millions of animals are sacrificed using crude methods that inflict extreme fear and suffering on animals. While Islam has some rules regarding the slaughter of animals, most of the killing is NOT done in modern facilities but in someone's yard or in primitive slaugherhouses. PETA has avoided dealing with this issue for political reasons, while attacking kosher slaughterhouses because there are no consequences to criticizing Jews. .
