The driver initiated harrassment of this young woman by not stopping and forcing her to chase after the bus. He then instructed her to exit and go around to the back door after paying her fare. What's the likelihood he would have just left her in the street and kept her money? No, the driver was fully aware and contributed to the problem. These haredim are not behaving as Jews. The Torah commands us to protect even the stranger among us. Shame on everybody involved for abusing this poor girl!
