I agree that those urging Israel to sign a peace agreement, a "two state solution" simply ignore reality. And it is not simply because the Palestinians do not want to recognize Israel, but the issue is not even with the Palestinians. For true peace to prevail Israel would need to settle the "right to exist" issue with all the Arabic, Muslim countries and their international supporters. For that the Arabic states, many of them mortal enemies of each other would also need to agree with each other and not simply use the issue as ploy. There is no isolated, "two-state solution" in a global world, where there are so many, so complicated interconnections, most of them contradicting each other.
