I am not Haredi, and it's not that she did not serve in the army, and it's not even the anti-Israeli statements she made publicly concerning Israel at that time. Why is she considered to be good representative of Israel? Because she's not a fat, ugly yenta? Surely, there must be other criterion besides fame and money. Can't we find some real Israeli youth we would like to be representative of Israel all over the world? Kind, smart young people, who have plans, who are doing inventive things, who really do care about Israel?
