It is funny that when Israel is on the offensive against IJ and hamas (responding to an attack) then the PA arranges a truce with all the militants. That way it is Israel who breaks the new truce and forces more attacks. Their logic is twisted and the attacks dont just have to be on hold. The militant organizations need to be gone. That is what is stated as the first step to the road map to peace and a PA state. Until the militant groups are dismantled, there is no need to have any diplomatic discussion on a two state solution.
