Just to add to what you said: Remember September 1970, called "Black September" by the Palestinians back then? Palestinian extremists were creating havoc in Jordan and King Hussein came down on them so hard that -- I never heard another peep. When the movie munich first appeared on the scene I know a lot of people who were offended by the glorification of the assassins, spending the first half of the movie showing their families and their difficulties with dealing what they were supposed to do.... The strife is over wanting everything handed to you. The Arabs living on the land over a century ago (after the cliphate and others forced the Jews off the land) did not want it. They all sold out their worthless parcels of land to the crazy Jews that were living there and those that came in the late 19th Century CE. They did not want the land because it was either arid desert or miserable swamp land. Once the Jews drained the swamps and built irrigation systems to turn this poor land into a land capable of producing crops and supporting herds, the Arabs decided they wanted the land back. They did not want to toil for it, they wanted it handed to them. Then along comes ome sunbaked Egyptian and starts yelling they have a right to the land, and he names their group Palestinians after the name the Romans gave the land after they occupied it ansd stole the land from the Jews living there. Finally, i 1967, enough people swollowed this lie that we have the current state of chaos. Sadly, even today, these people are unworthy of the land they covet. Look at what happened when Israel displaved its own people to give the Arabs land complete with the infrstructure for starting a viable economy. They destroyed the greenhouses and irrigation equipment becayuse it was formerly owned by Jews. Then they have the guts to say that this is a good start, now they want it all.
