It is way past the time when the IDF should have mobilized sufficient soldiers to do the job right and not played this game of drip by drip warfare. Everyone in Israel goes to the Army, so yes, everyone in the gov't has a son, daughter, grandchild, neice, nephew fighting in the army. so you know that we dont take this lightly.

Folks, don't let this news get you down. We are unaccustomed to war, so it is hard to accept such losses, but the enemies' casaulties are much greater, despite their being entrenched. IDF is doing a great job. This is not a limited operation, it is war. IDF will win. But, also true that ground units should be calling in for air support more vigorously. And that we need prayer, instead of cockiness. As for you foolish people indicating that Olmert should stop and negotiate: no, Israel must win, survival depends on it, since if not, the next time there will be 10,000 missiles that can reach TA instead of just Haifa. This enemy has shown that negotiation is seen as weakness, and peace an opportunity to arm for offense and destruction.
