First of all, Hizballah did not kidnap "innocent israelis", but captured two israeli solidiers from their vehicles exactly on the border for the sole purpose of exchanging them with lebanese detainees (Terrorism is not possible against an army, which supposed to fight mind you). Now the lebanese that were captured by israel some 23 years ago were not exactly in Tel Aviv. They were civillians whom the IDF abducted from their homes inside Lebanese villages. So if you do a little bit of reading you'd find out that israel has no proper moral standing. By your standards, Lebanon would have the right to nuke israel by now. Second, I do not think that Hizballah can "orchestrate" events such as the IAF bombing ambulances, nor do i think that Katyushas were transported in KUWAITI humanitarian aid convoys that were targeted by israel for instance. And again, if you do a bit of reading, you'd find that Hizballah is an organization that acts IN SECRET, which means they wouldn't fire rockets from the houses of civillians that might tell on them and compromise their secrecy. Dude, even UN types complain about H's use of human shields! Muslims constantly use non-military sites, vehicles, and people to protect military resources and advance military goals. This is doctrine. That's why mosques are such popular places to store arms and to have terrorist meetings. All militaries and parmilitaries at least try to do their planning IN SECRET. Hizbullah does as well. The use of human shields when plans go operational is part of H doctrine. Those who "tell" on H are killed if caught. However, many Lebanese (especially Shiites) fully support H and are willing to die for the cause (or at least they keep telling us this). They will certainly not "tell."

I am a bit amazed. As several Talkbackers have pointed out, human shields canNOT be used to protect enemy forces. The only reason the Arab terrorists use them is because they have been useful as part of their operational doctrine. This must change, and it WILL NOT change until Western forces ignore the shields and kill the enemy. Bravo.
