I would like to think the IDF did not intend to kill those women and children but history tells us a different story. 19 massacres have been committed by Israel against innocent civilians in Lebanon are recorded since 1948 and in this last conflict there has a catalogue of atrocities committed by the IDF from firing at ambulances, hospitals, fleeing civilians (who were acting on the IDF orders) to UN posts. If it was all mistakes then the whole army needs to be re-trained in how to aim.
