Look at the pictures up close. It's still a completely destroyed building. It's still an F16 in Lebanese airspace (I don't believe the pilot is on a promenade). It's still smoke in the midst of a residential neighborhood. So, what's your point? You are still murdering civilians. You are still destroying family households. Hajj was stupid to try to doctor things up, cause the real pictures still show just as much atrocity and bloodthirst.....

Now they have admitted to posting false pictures, how many false stories have been posted without research? How many fake reports of Children dying have they posted? It isn't just the fake pictures, its the stories and the reporters as well. They are the propaganda arm against the USA and Israel.

For one, one sided photograph you have left your creditability alway to be in question. You used to represent class in reporting. This too, has passed away with all of the fake death tolls. Your only salvation now is to cater to the uninformed and the unread.

Starting from the morinig Lebanon time going on for hours there was video footage from qana, while the rescue was happening - being fed to the media from different sources, this is a fact and was carried live on all the Lebanese stations as well as many of the arab and european stations. It was also carried breifly on cnn international, i stayed up real late watching it unfold. There is tons of heavily edited footage from it that was played even on US tv. I realize that you are trying to ease your Conscience by pretending this stuff didnt and doesnt happen. But it did and it does. The fact is that there is tons of video footage the U>S media is selecting not to use everyday for issues of "tastse", including live feeds. Those bombs that you hear in the background when wolf blitzer goes live to Lebanon are not being dropped by the tooth fairy. .

I have noticed many errors in all the TV news channels. Now even Reuters has become very unprofessional depending on their man on the spot. The only news I can trust is those from Israeli sources.

Even BBC for that matter puts in bold on its website any bad news for israel be it a news just like this about IAF causing damage inside lebanon or an IDF soldier being injured or rockets causing extensive damage to israeli cities. Some of the most obvious and badly done photoshopping I've ever seen by a professional. The original photos got the point across, no enhancement needed. "Photographer, trust thyself."

It is about having integrity and being authentic. When someone publishes something for the world to see, he/she is not only representing himself and the company, but his community. Hajj being of Arab decent, is now compromising what people think about the people of Beirut and the surrounding people. If I, being from the USA, gave you a picture of some event and later found out that the picture was "doctored" what would you think about me and the area in which I come from, knowing that there is a lot of anti-American ideas. I'm pretty sure you would not trust my work or the work of others that live in my community. That's what matters here. Also, one will have to question, "What else has been doctored?" We all know Hizbullah and Hamas and other terrorist groups "fix" things to advertise their propaganda. Do you want to know the truth or swallow the lies that are given to you? Go ahead and ask yourself. Is Hizbullah telling me the truth about the West...or are they feeding me lies ... that way I can "believe" what they want me to believe? See, we have the freedom to express ourselves here. We have the freedom to question and doubt the people that are in our government. We have the freedom to voice out our beliefs. So, when we here the stories that all Arabs are anti-American and the all Muslims are religious radicals...we have the freedom to question that. We know it is not true, because we live in a community of Muslims, Christians, Jews, and who knows what else. We live in a community of Mexicans, Candadians, Africans, Israelis, Egyptians. We live in a community of tolerance. We all have our own beliefs. And that's okay, we still love each other. We build programs to help each other. There are a few here that have tried to come from areas in which they want to destroy our community...but together...no matter what Creator we believe in...we don't let our dreams die. So, in closing...It's not about the picture. It's about the integrity and being authentic. If you have a doubt...question it objectively. I know it's hard when one is emotional. It is necessary to put one's emotions aside and ask the critical questions...rather than swallowing lies.

After watching this disaster unfold last week i doubt that it was faked. There is no doubt that the later edited versions of the video were propaganda (wich showed only the most graphic scenes over and over again) meant to inflame popular opinion- but the general facts seem at this point to be true. People need to realize that most of the foriegn news channels are free to air. If you get a satelite (not the service ones) you can pick all of these channels up. Then you can see and judge for yourself. I can tell you that we over here are not getting the whole story not even close to it. Someof the video fotage is just stunning, one channel just leaves a video camera out over the skies in Lebanon all night- in which you can see all the explosions in the horizon, and note their frequency

CNN actually had an expose on just this type of thing a couple weeks ago where Hezbolla was staging all kinds of horrors for the media to photograph. CNN showed Hezbolla driving a bunch of ambulances around through rubble with their sirens blaring as the international media just taped it, but Anderson Cooper informed us that this was part of a press tour and the ambulances were completely staged. Furthermore, people on the tour were only permitted to photograph the specific places that Hezbolla allowed and if they messed up Hezbolla members came and deleted the pictures or took the cameras. Needless to say, Anderson Cooper has been embedded with Israeli troops ever since and Hezbolla has more or less refused to speak directly with CNN. It's a shame that CNN took that to mean that they needed to pull stuff off other networks, rather than comprehending their own expose and realizing that 90% of what the international media reports from Lebanon is exclusively the propaganda that Hezbolla wants them to report

In these days of TVand Internet ,we have live coverage of wars. The media is a powerful and influential conveyor of events,true or not. People tend to believe what they read,true or not,but when you can't believe what you see,because of the media distorting the facts,then that is a problem and influences the thoughts of many. unfortunately, there will probably be a good many more "reporters" abusing news agencies for propoganda purposes. the problem here is the widespread suppression of freedom of the press in muslim countries. hamas authorizes in its constitution arresting reporters who portray the government in a bad light, and while i don't know if hezbollah has a legal basis, they do have the power to forbid reporters to enter lebanon if they don't like what they say. so, #1 reporters in lebanon are much more careful than in israel not to say anything negative, and #2 news agencies find it easier to get native "reporters" who will not be denied access to anywhere. the issue here is not exactly reuters, but the people they end up recruiting because of oppresive control of the press by hezbollah, oh and also, news agencies all over america get bomb threats all the time.
