61. I am sorry for my words against you....
palestine.my.love ,   Palestine   (08.11.06)
But you must forgive me, I have been bought up to hate. I am insecure because I know that there is not, has never been, and NEVER will be a Palestinian State and that my nation is illegitimate. I also feel bad because the Hizbollah terrorists are using woman and children as shields! can you beleive that?!?! Finally I feel that our arab/moslem lies are finally being found out by the stupid keffirs! Stop stop! you are exposing us for what we really are. Allah whoakbar
62. In memory of Angelo
Gianni ,   Savona, Italy   (08.11.06)
I write from Italy, the country of Angelo, and I hope my comment will be published. Let me say that, in most of the post I read I found the dark presence of a contemptible meanness. He came in peace, for everyone sake. And even if he would have been wrong, as you think, do remember that he died for an ideal of peace, for your people, at last (although you don't realize it). Don'f forget.
63. Too bad he didn't work for a people who deserved his help
Porter Wagner   (08.11.06)
The so-called Palestinians have no respect for the lives of their own people, not to mention those of others. They'll kill anyone they think may be a Jew.
64. If he couln't condemn this why should I?
Ilan ,   Ariel   (08.11.06)
The answer is that no one deserves to be stabbed to further "legitimate self defense operations", not even a moonbat from hell. At least Darwin will look a bit more justified in the eyes of the moderns.
65. to proud grandpa
darryl ,   israel   (08.11.06)

66. the only way to help Islamofascists is by killing yourself.
Hello! ,   world wake up now   (08.11.06)
67. To those who replied
Haim ,   Israel   (08.11.06)
We are in war with terror and we have no choice, but to strike back, BUT don't let this "no choice violence" to become your essence. You will destroy yourself; more than destroy your enemy. This is happens daily to Palestinian people. The greatest crime of Arafat against Palestinians was that entire generation was educated hatred and self centric intolerance. It will take generations to repair. In my political views I am far from left, and you can believe I understand the points you made, may be better than you do. However, with all the pain and cruelty of our struggle, with all “no choice violence”, I wish us all to keep our souls human. The rest is simple. Suppose somebody was killed while crossing street on red light. Will you come to the cemetery to teach people traffic rules? PS. Thank you Sean and all those who understood.
68. #53 john
larry ,   zefat israel   (08.11.06)
we know he was stabbed by an arab because he was stabbed in the back.please see todays story palestinian stabs prison guard also in the back as arabs are too cowardly to do this face to face.by the way john you are not too bright
69. ANGELO--the tragic death of a naive utopist
myron ,   USA   (08.11.06)
The tragic death of Angelo at the hands of "all-the world's favorite victim", the Palestinian terrorists, is emblematic. It is proof again that ,if any more proof were needed, that there is no negotiating with the Palestinains/Hezbollah/Hamas. All terror groups must be destoyed t/otally and without mercy. I,m sorry to say that it was a failed utopic vision and a dangerous naivete that killed Angelo. GIACE IN PACE.
70. Rachel Corrie redux?
BS meter ,   Canada   (08.11.06)
Will the press and the world's peace-lovers treat this cold-blooded murder with teh same outrage? Don't bet on it....
71. A New "Martyr!"
Martin ,   Washington   (08.11.06)
Maybe Nasrallah will call the deceased's parents and "comfort" them with notion that their son is a "martyr." Unfortunately, not being Islamofascists, it probably will be of small comfort.
72. to #58, Felpie
Haim ,   Israel   (08.11.06)
Say NO to terror. Will it help? - yes Will it solve the problem - no Let me explain. 1. Terror organizations are not in vacuum. They are supported by some states, but what is more important 2. They are tolerated by UN, EU, Russia, and others 3. The war with terror is not just military action of one single country like Israel or US. 4. Terror by its nature can be defeated if it is meat by overwhelming power. Such power can be created only by international effort. 5. Whatever is the reason, whatever are political interests – terror shouldn’t be tolerated. 6. The moment any organization, state, group blows up bus to achieve some political goal – it should be out of law in any country, by any international organization (line UN) 7. Say “NO”, go to protest, tell to your government that you don’t accept its political reasoning of keeping Hezbollah out of “terror list”. Yes, this will help a lot.

Sebastien ,   Paris   (08.11.06)
It's clearly written in the first paragraph : "Angelo Frammartino, a 24 year-old Italian student, planned to set up summer camp for Palestinians; He was attacked and murdered by Arab knifeman" And only Arabs stab people in the back...
75. "Peace activist murdered by a Jew" ?
Rami ,   Israel   (08.11.06)
Had the killed been a jew, would the title have read: "Peace activist murdered by a Jew"? I doubt it. Most likely, like always, the media would have branded the jew as mentally unstable. Instead of nicting against all Arabs, you could have written that he was killed by a fundamintalist Pal since it is a fact that only less than 10% off all palestinas are involved in violence against israel/jews.
76. ironiy, they stubbed the peace in the back.
that happened before ,   it'll happen again   (08.11.06)
77. italian student
DOR ,   IL   (08.11.06)
WE TOLD YOU SO ! you don't want to listen ...GO HELP THEM ! they don't get it ...arabs don't want to be help they want to remain the victim . this is what they do best .
78. Agree with #31
Lawrence ,   Jackson, MS, USA   (08.11.06)
The Palestinians need to have their hate countered with love. We need to send Christian missionaries into the West Bank and Gaza to proclaim the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to these poor people enslaved in a dark, desparing religion.
79. 27's "Facts"
Erik   (08.11.06)
A majority of Israelis do want peace. This is why they voted in a party which advocates further concessions to the "Palestinians". The majority of "Palestinians" do not want peace. This is why they voted in a terrorist organization which aims to destroy Israel. Perhaps you, Mr. Hanania, sincerely want peace based on an understanding that concessions will have to be two-sided. But please don't sell us the lie that this is mainstream "Palestinian" thinking.

Dad ,   Texas,USA   (08.11.06)
You will never face facts. Your people have caused all of this. You can cry all you want but, you are ultimately responsible for your situation.
81. hasan n
Dad ,   Texas,USA   (08.11.06)
You are an absolute idiot. You cannot justify the killing of an Italian civilian because of the occupation of some land by a third party. You are a waste of oxygen please act accordingly.
82. #6, You would suspect Israel, wouln't you?
AK   (08.11.06)
Of cause it will not help you when your friendly Muslim does van Gogh on you in Amsterdam, will it?
83. We're terrorists, hanania? Your people did the murder...
AK   (08.11.06)
... and they have murdered one of their supporters, probably taking him for a Jew. Are we supposed to cry about it? No, the "peace activist" got a taste of his own politics -- he had adopted rabid dogs and died of rabies, as a result. There are no moderate Arabs and you are the best examples of that, since you ALWAYS support indefensible actions of your brethren. Let’s face it, there were many Jews attacked and murdered by Arabs in Jerusalem and each and every time your silence spoke volumes.
84. Talk about bad karma

That young man had enough of it for a busload of tourists.

86. hasan#25
tony ,   PARIS   (08.11.06)
The death of this innocent peace activist you say,is justified??For the occupation of the sheba farms,??This is not even Lebanese, terretory;I thought this was A syrien dispute;;So if you think that this death is justified,You then deserve all the, pain you are suffering ,in this war you have impossed on Israel. You deserve no better treament than the Actvists in Gaza. But as arabs, you thrive on the pain of others, and enjoy death and destruction ,as long as it does not concern you..So I say to hasan you deserve the Pain the Israelis are inflicting on your people;(I never thought the day would come when I would say these words,)but I guess you know NOTHING about other peoples pain;;;END
87. Eyewitness
Daniel ,   Israel   (08.11.06)
Eyewitnesses say it was an Israeli who killed him. Not nice to use the murder of a good guy like this in our propaganda.
88. Irony, thy name is THIS
Brent Bafflor ,   Calgary Canada   (08.11.06)
Although I'm not "happy" this misguided leftist got killed, it does serve a purpose. The filth these leftists embrace, cheer, and support would like nothing more than to slit their throats. If you're not one of them (ie a Muslim), you're a zionist enemy. I find it comical that people don't understand this. This isn't Hamas against Israel. Hezbollah against Israel. These groups count everyone outside their disgusting belief system to be the enemy. This fool found this out the hard way. If only his sad plight could serve as a lesson to the other blind "give peace a chance" leftists out there. If only.
89. #53. Good question. Because it's always the case, that's why
AK   (08.11.06)
