I was in Lebanon in Early May of this year visiting my relatives. I hope in the near future to visit Israel and see your beautiful and blessed country. Arab and Islamic nations have to learn a lot from Israel, only if they put aside their fanaticism and political short-sightedness. Israel can be a great asset in the region. Now I hold a British passport and can visit Israel unhindered. It is shameful that the Lebanese government does not have any diplomatic relations with Israel and refuses entry to any foreigner into Lebanon who has an Israeli visa stamped in his/her passport. I hope all these abberations will be rectified by Lebanon after the government realizes what a benefit it is depriving itself from by not establishing friendly and diplomatic relations with Israel. I am sure the root cause of this is Syria and Iran with their stupid presidents. By the way, I have been to Syria 3-4 times during the late 1980's.
