The Lebanon War has nothing to do with God; God intervene's only when we need His help, and the second Lebanon war was not one of those times. Israel's occupation of Lebanon would have failed, as it failed before, because Israel does not have the military capacity to occupy Lebanon, but it should not have occupied it, it should have annexed a small part of South Lebanon along with Sheba to serve as a warning to all our neigbors that attacking Israel would result in permanent loss of land. It then should have put as favorable a governmetn as possible in power and left and then helped to rebuild lebanon. As for the U.S. occupation of Iraq, it is failing because US military leaders are idiots who don't know what an insurgency is or how to fight one and are conducting the occupation of Iraq as if they were there on stand-by and it wasn't their job to fight the insurgents at all. I am not fit for military service, I mean I'm fit it terms of medical condition but not in terms of ability, and being one of two childern I would into military service (which I would start in a month or so were I still in Israel.
