My 2 sons, including me, are not circumcised. I think it;s the most stupid tradition in Judaism. Why should we hurt our childs because back then in the dessert they didn't have water to clean themselves??? Second, research showed that it is extremely hurtfull for a small baby.

I made my brit mila when I was 47 years old, because my mother did'nt do it at my birth. I felt all my life to not be fully jewish. Now, I know, and I am sure, that I am a jew. There is no uncircumcized jew, that simply do not exist.

Even if scientists have not "investigated" the importance of certain mitzvoth "yet", eventually they will and would even enforce it.
