31. shooters, monkeys, money, magic and prophecy
Josh   (04.24.07)
I loved Monkey Island, but with those monkeys I rather enjoyed their show. With this smoke in mirrors show that benefits billions of dollars in income for world wide war mongers, I rather hate the poking and proding. Terrorism is an orchestration using mindless idiots as death puppets. It allows nations with no enemies to unite against a generalized enemy to spreading the reign of a pseudo government religious entity. It is the final stage in the saga of Torah rebellion and the curses fulfilled. Talk about the tail wagging the dog. By the way people should decifer what is a terrorist attack and an act of war. War has strategic targets. Terrorism has no strategic target, rather fear is the target. But more importantly is what the leaders on the opposite side use that fear for. War making, which brings it into a stragtegic target after all - only for the opposite side. Israel should not play into this scenario - strike as if you mean it. Regarding the Cho incident. It has all the symptoms of a dysfunctional molested child. He spoke and wrote of being raped and not odd at all rants against priest molestation. Oddly he saw himself as a Jesus - so its not about gun control. (as most mass murder - shootings stem from this model) For christians (fallen Jews) I recommend you double check Matthew 10:34 Luke 12:49,-53 For the fallen Jews not Christians - yet, abandon Magic and scoffing and return to Torah pashoot. A must read Deut 13. Lastly to Israel politicians, G-d sees you alliances and he aids those who are inline with Torah. Stand with Israel's needs at this time and return to the basics of protecting the nation.
32. Your right Wissam
Jellybean ,   Chicago   (04.24.07)
Instead you use your universities to tourture and imprison people...my bad.
33. It really doesn't matter anymore.
Micha   (04.24.07)
Jews see it one way. Arabs see it another way. I guess the victor will be the stronger of the two. The Jews are stronger now so I think it's logical to crush the other side. This is really no different than what the arab peoples did to the Jews, by expelling around 1 million of Jews from moslem nations as well as by taking Jewish lands by force when the Ottoman empire was just that, an empire. This is pretty basic stuff. There really is no reason to appease, no point at all. Hate has obviously been ingrained, and to the victor go the spoils. So unleash the furies, and let chaos ensue. It's obvious that the Jews are not just going to go down at the request of some imperialistic Arabs who want Islamic hegemony throughout the middle east. And the arabs, with oil on their side for another 20 years or so, aren't going to just capitulate. So, like I said, unleash the furies on gaza and west bank because this is like watching a slow bleed. Either stop the bleed or amputate. Unfortunately, we have many doctors futzing around trying to figure out how to slow the bleed. Perhaps with a tourniquet, perhaps with some localized cocaine to vasoconstrict, perhaps applying pressure directly. Then you have the decisive surgeon who says, "To hell with all of you and your opinions. I'll just amputate." And so he does, the bleeding stops, the patient lives, albeit with a constant reminder of the missing limb, and he has a relatively normal life from here on out.
34. At the end of the day, Hamas hasn't achieved anything
(04.24.07)
positive for the Palestinian people. Just look at the patheitic pictures of their Kassam rockets. They look like the model rockets my brother used to build when he was 12 years old and shot off in the soccer field near our house. If the Palestinian Arabs want to get serious about their self-determination, they will realize how ineffectual and impotent Hamas really is and elect leaders who can provide them with a strong, stable government that is focused on establishing the rule of law and building their future state, not on trying to destroy Israel.
35. Nabulsi and Rashid...
DR ,   Florida, USA   (04.24.07)
You two are oerfect examples of the ridiculous people Israel has to deal with. Not only are you un-informed, but you lie. You deny reality and make up your own stories. How come we never see your names when Palestinians kill each other? A little boy and an old lady were killed by hamas and fatah, but you say nothing? Why? Can you please give me an answer? Keep defending and making excuses for terrorists...that will get your people far!!!
36. 33 - Micha and surgery
Jake T ,   Alaska   (04.24.07)
In theory, yes. The problem arises when everyone tells Israel how to fight its wars and the Israeli government listens and obeys. Lebanon 2 is the most blatant example. So what you get is a half-done job with a lot of photo opportunities for the world press of Arab babies dying in the ruins. Jews are not ruthless by nature. That's the problem. So the slow bleeding continues. I also disagree on the issue of hate. Jews don't hate Arabs. They dislike them and fear them. They hate the terrorists but it's not a blind hate. It's not been ingrained in them by religion or education, unlike the Arabs. Just listen to Arab speeches and sermons. You would never hear anything like that coming from Jewish leaders, media, synagogues, or educators. But next time, Jews should fight to win and, echoing your words, I say the hell with world opinion.
37. BS in talkbacks #8 & #12
Korem ,   New York, USA   (04.24.07)
#8, first of all, Israel kills on average 2 Palestinians a day, not 10, and the majority of them are people shooting directly at IDF soldiers, throwing fire-bombs, or launching Qassams. Second, "historic palestine" is the same as saying "historic Sahara Desert"- Palestine wasn't an area with borders until the 1917 partition, in which in fact the Jews were given Palestine, and then further divided in 1948 to become what could have been Israel and Palestine. Of course that whole history is very complex #12, actually, during the truce, Hamas was launching hundreds of rockets into the streets of Sderot and other Israeli villages without any IDF interference, until finally, in retaliation and in preventive strikes, Israel had to take out the Qassam nests. Launching more Qassams in response to those IDF attacks is no retaliation.
38. April 26 is Hindu day,, no one is talk about it
Mohammed ,   Tor Can   (04.24.07)
I am going to celebrate Hindu day, nobody is even talking about it, we are a proud people,, most white trash dont care. we will rise and strike like flying cobra to any body who will make insult at us.. All hindus will rise up and make party for the day. Non muslim will not understand, the day is almost here,, .
39. Hamas vs. Israel
Dov ,   canada   (04.24.07)
As a Jew, I am baffled to see the Palestinians, led by Hamas being much more determined to conquer the land., than Israel and Her governing body. The Pals are relentlessly taking bites at Israel until Her fat and lazy population capitulates. I compare Hamas and the pals to a hungry team of players involved in a best of seven series against Israel being the undisputed favorite. However, the Palestinians have learned from the early Zionists and are showing that they want it more, so much more than these Israeli cowards. Israel does not realize that their political correctness is turning them into a lazy and corrupt society, which is too busy stuffing itself with greed and illusions. These people Israel call terrorists remain focused on reaching their goals and if history recalls, those in the pals position eventually prevail!
40. #38 Mohammed...
Yonatan ,   USA   (04.24.07)
Uuuuummmm...You do know that there is no such thing as a flying cobra, right? You just go on fantasizing. If it makes you feel better, I'll counter attack with the swimming pig fart. LOL!!!! I'm sorry everyone, I couldn't help it.
41. Clarification
Micha   (04.24.07)
Hi Jake. I may have mistyped, but I had not meant that Jews have been ingrained to hate. I see the constant barrage of anti-Jew propaganda coming forth from the Moslem world and it's no surprise that the children there grow up to be Jew-haters. this type of hatred is foreign to me, as my rabbis never preached this type of hate and in fact would always make an effort to encourage acceptance of differences. But, it makes you wonder, if preaching acceptance leads to capitulation and replacement. Perhaps, the tools engaged by the Moslem populations worldwide should be replicated by other groups against the Moslems. Perhaps in Indonesia, the Chinese minority should unleash a bomb that would blow up 10,000 innocent Moslem civilians, or should I say "innocent" as many Moslems on this board would write of other groups. And perhaps Israeli civilians should send their own rockets over into Gaza and kill countless hundreds of "innocents" or into the west bank and kill "innocents" there, for this seems to be the method du jour. Perhaps we should send out Jewish militants into various arab lands and explode themselves for the sake of freedom and liberty and oppression and teach those ruthless Moslems the meaning of peace and freedom. Peace bombers should be unleased onto the Iranian mullahs with the message "We bring peace in the shape of a boom!" This is how to get the message across. And perhaps we should send chemical rockets into Lebanon next time to wipe out everyone and teach a lesson, just as the Moslem world wants to teach the West all about Moslem values, wholesome and all! So, what do you all think? I think perhaps the Moslem world's gift to mankind is to think "outside the box." Peace doesn't have to just be those corny doves. Hell no. Blow the doves up and send their carcasses to the enemy. Then blow up the enemy and behead them if they still have a head. Then claim you're "peace loving" and oppressed and cry when the cameras role and make movies about your enemies that are completely fabricated. But who cares? Cause you've won. Now all you have to do is dispose of rotting corpses. Small price to pay for freedom and liberty. Thank you Moslems worldwide for your light to shine the way to freedom. Your Allah has certainly taught us many wonderful things. Like killing one's self for liberty gets you 72 virgins. Awesome! And blowing yourself up to murder so-called "innocents" is really a family get together, time for mommy and daddy to round the kids up and choose which one to be sacrificed first. It is just a modern day story of Abraham. But the funny thing is, Abraham didn't actually sacrifice Isaac. He stopped once he heard the word of god. That's where we differ. We stop. We seek peace and justice. Jews will rule forever! The murderers amongst us will be driven into the sea. Mark my words. You may preach hatred. But you are only marking yoruself for a rapid extermination.
42. #20 (Allan)
Wissam ,   Beirut / Lebanon   (04.24.07)
Man, we are not Americans:) we can manage to do both, study and internal politics, don't worry about us:). As for the assassinations, you can ask your friends the Mossad, this is their specialty, and us Lebanese have experience with these kind of people, we will find a medicine for them, like we found a medicine for the Americans and the French in the 1980's, remember the 80's?
43. #32 (Jelly Bean)
Wissam ,   Beirut / Lebanon   (04.24.07)
I think your confused man, you mistaking whats going on in Guantanamo and whats going on i Lebanon.
44. #39 OUCH! That hurts! But it's sadly true.

45. this is why olmert must not make compromises
zionist forever   (04.24.07)
This is why Olmert must not give up Bargouti, any of the murderers or high level prisoners for Gilad Shalit As long as the terrorisrts think there is smoethiing to be gained by kidnaping soilders or civilians they will do it once Israel says no deal the way the rest of the western world does then its people will continue to live under threat of kidnapings Sharon gave hizbollah hundreds of prisoners to hizbollah to get back the bodies of some dead soilders things like this the terroriasts look at and say the Israelis are a bunch of mugs lets just take more of their people and they will be willing to pay a heavy price to get them back dead or alive. Also it seems that the more rockets the terrorists fire the more Olmert is willing to give. Exacctly a day after the Lebanon war formerly ended Peretz said now is a good time to negotiate with Syria ( hizbollah controled by Syria and Iran has just been firing rockets at Israel and kidnaping soilders and the first thing Peretz wants to do is give away the Golan ) The more rockets hamas fire the more willing Olmert becomes to embrace things like the arab plan which involves Israel giving up everything .. startegic land, every single settlement, Jerusalem and its holy sites and he says that he wouldnt allow right of return but I am sure he would have found a nice big compromise with the arabs allowing hundreds of thousands if not 1 million+ to move to. This government is a terrorists dream
46. 12 - Arab Naighbor
zionist forever   (04.24.07)
Olmert agreed with Abbas in November that there would be a Gaza ceacefire... Israel would carry out no operations in Gaza and the palestians would not fire any rockets from there. Within hours the palestians were firing rockets again and since November close to 200 rockets have been fired from Gaza and Olmert did nothing. Soilders were able to sit back and watch rockets being fired and they were not allowed to do anything to sttop it. Since November the IDF has carried out 2 operations in Gaza and they have both been in the past 4-5 weeks and they happened because of publice preasure on Olmert to allow action to be taken before then there were rockets Israel wasnt retaliating and Olmert was calling it a succesfsull ceacefire. Just because Hamas havnt been firing rockets untill now there have still been other groups firing rockets so how exactly is Israel responsible because it went into the territories shooting and detaining people?
47. #8: Prove Your Stated Numbers or Back Off
emanon ,   USA   (04.24.07)
You are a liar. Plain and simple. I think you can understand that.
48. #2 Monkey Island
john ,   nz   (04.25.07)
If you give a monkey a banana, they give you a hug. If you give Hamas a banana, they give you a Qassam There's a world of difference there.
49. Wissam, and Mohammud, Toronto
Ryan ,   Calgary, Canada   (04.25.07)
Wissam, give it up man, if you can take care of your own, fine, lets pull out all the international forces, and stop all aid to your country and people, as well as you can repay us for evacuating citizens last summer, one successful attack in the 80's and your still going on about that, must be the pride of your nation, Mohammud, do you even know what you are talking about, you do realize a hindu is not a muslim, that most hindu's don't like muslims, go live in india if you think we are white trash, you must be pretty bad then to want to live surrounded by white trash, and if your the flying cobra, then you can call me and all my white trash countrymen (not you) mongoose's. Your hiliarious man, better stop posting though, and go get your next fare.
50. A Gold Medal for the IDF
Jerrold Cohen ,   Seal Beach, CA USA   (04.25.07)
I give the IDF a Gold Liar's Medal for today's story of the IMAGINARY Hamas group that couldn't steal an Israeli soldier. PROVE IT. Where are the photos? How many shot at? How many wounded? How many killed? ZERO. NO MENTION OF ACTUAL CLASHES. I give the IDF two liars' medals, one for lying, and one for calling it the truth.
51. #14 R U sure?
Takan ,   Eilat   (04.25.07)
Usualy I wouldn't answer such a poor feedback but as you have been apparently recommended, I'll give it a shot and try to keep it short. Do you really believe we should lower ourselves to their less-than- low level or irrespect for nobody and nothing or do we have more self respect and have learned from the sufferings we endured in our history? Defense is moral, vengeance is barbaric. Which are we and which are they?
52. ** #18 says it all ** read this one **
Takan ,   Eilat   (04.25.07)
"they will hurt a jew yes but never hurt a fly" and this is why ther are called innocent civilians. There U go, the essence of it. Whoever believes that someone that wants to kill a Jew is sane and innocent is guilty according to Jewish law (even you and Nabulsi can agree with this) and should be stopped. SO IT IS SELF-DEFENSE.
53. #21 Shhhh!
Takan ,   Eilat   (04.25.07)
Calling names (cursing) is never helpful in talkback sessions, it lowers the goal you are trying to achieve. P.S. Nevertheless, I agree with you :)
54. Can someone fill me in? ** YNET..don't let me down on this 1
Takan ,   Eilat   (04.25.07)
I can understand the feelings of frustration and hate the extremists on the israeli side must feel. After so many wars and terror attacks, it is obvious some of us would start to feel more angry than usual, especially if you or your closest experienced an attack or a war in person. What I can't quit understand (or hasn't been clearly explained to me yet) is why the Arab countries refused the UN decision to create Israel, back in 1948, and why did they start this cycle of war and death for the Midlle-East. I, as a non-Jew that immigrated to Israel at the age of 24 only for the love of the sun and the sea (if you have been to Eilat, you know what paradise looks like) and not for religious reasons, from Belgium, understand the UN decision and agree with it. Can anyone explain me why the Arabs did not only disagree with it, but declared a massive multi-states attack on this tiny land, filled with less than a million peacefull kibbutzniks, still in shock from the holocaust and trying to survive on the planet? I would be able to understand if it was clearly and reasonably explained to me.
55. #26 Nemesis you gotta be kiddin' me
Takan ,   Eilat   (04.25.07)
It doesn't take a genius to realise in a flash what you are still "just not sure if that was really (..)". The guy still got a point ! P.S. Funny thing when you check for "Nemesis" in dictionary.com, the first definition that comes up is "something that a person cannot conquer, achieve"...not just quite. Don't give up ! lol
56. #29 loved your post
Takan ,   Eilat   (04.25.07)
Although in your description of animals, I failed to recognize a sheep, a rabbit or an ant (to cite only a few) that behave that way, in the end you mention a "strong animal" and a "respected animal". I guess it is a matter of who you want to be in the jungle earth, the rabbit or the tiger. Thanks anyway and I am gonna look up for that book you mentioned.
57. #33 Wouaw :)
Takan ,   Eilat   (04.25.07)
Hard but so real. Scary but so true. Sad but so stupid Stupid but so human.
58. #38 and it's my birthday..
Takan ,   Eilat   (04.25.07)
Nobody talking about that one either...except my wife maybe. PS I love your music
59. When the going gets tough, the tough gets rough !
