Nobody wants to kill teenagers, no matter where they're from. Israeli's do not glorify this tragedy any more than cops in the usa glorify killing toy gun-toting teens in the inner cities. However, I agree that 16 year olds are asking for major trouble if they pretend with realistic-looking guns in an area where combat troops are operating. That really does get the Darwin award for poor judgement. I feel sorry for the parents of this unlucky boy. Even the best parents cannot control every foolhardy or reckless action done by their teenagers. Most unfortunate, but almost certainly a tragic mistake--not an intentional one.
