Same sex partnerships by definition preclude children. To say that this is discriminatory is ludicrous. Those who procreate obtain children. Same-sex couples with children is an oxymoron. For gays and lesbians to be in relationships is fine. But for gays and lesbians are imposing their norm on the hetereo society, where couples procreate and have children. And when children are loved , they feel it , and return this love 1000 times . Love can be given by gay parents too , they are certainly as loving as hetero parents . It's certainly better for those children to be adopted , to have a home , than to stay in a strange family , or to change from one home to another .

Oh, hogwash! My dad was hauled off, before I was 2. My mother reared three girls and a son by herself, under the worst of conditions, all of us turned out exceptionally well, and nobody's additcted to anything. If they can't produce kids of their own, they shouldn't be allowed to adopt! Unless the child is an orphan, adoption is the theft or sale of a child from, or by, his biological parent. Selling children to rich gays is just another nail in the coffin of the biological two parent family. What we need is families, not human commodities.

If you want the "same rights" you should have to go through the same suffering. I'm a man and I only wish I could have given birth to my son. If that had been the case, then I and not his mother would have gotten custody. Women and gays today have WAY more rights in the courts than most regular heterosexual men.

Why not encourage the Haredi population to adopt ALL children in need? Not only will you enable these children to have a mother and father, but you will also guarantee them a childhood reared under the Yoke of Heaven and guided by Torah. If you really want to save these children - and I think NONE of you does - you would adopt them yourselves or encourage the Haredim to do so.

Only people who can care for those children can adopt them . By care is also meant financially . If you do'nt have enough to raise your biological children , why should you receive one more ?
