You're emabressing the intelligent people. There are more than just Jews that serve in the army. You'll find that Israelis mourn the loss of Druze, Muslim and Christian soldiers too! Another victim of "purity of arms" (tohar haneshek) that values arab " civilians" over Jewish soldiers. The strongest army in the middle east engages in a shoot out with terrorists. Shouldn't we be using our superior fire power (tank shells, Apache helicopter missiles, RPGs etc) against those who shoot at us? Our fear of Human Rights Watch forces us in matching weapons.
