62. Pals. bitting the finger that feeds them...
(03.06.08)
Not good therefore suffer more
63. Baby where is dad... GONE TO PLANT BOMB
(03.06.08)
64. Do the writers of Ynet and Haaretz...
Alkalai ,   USA   (03.06.08)
expect to survive what will happen, aided by their skewed reporting, when Islamic Jihadists get bold enough to jointly start massively attacking Israel? Do you people actually think their missiles will not hit your offices when at work? Do you think your homes and family will remain untouched and safe? If you are Jewish, do you think they will leave you alive because you had sympathy for them? Read the Q'uran, and learn what Islam instructs them to do to Jews.
65. #45 Ghetto???????
linda   (03.06.08)
A ghetto is a place where people wait for the next train to auswitz or other camps. The Jews in the ghetto's did not shoot rockets at the Germans. But if they would have done this, the Germans would have killed them even sooner!!! I did not see any aid in the german ghetto and did not see the Jews make bombs to kill german kids. No Jews in German hospitals. No Jews at al!!! We have 1.000.000 Arabs living in Israel, eating and living fine. The jews did not have the choice to make peace like the pals have. They only have to stop shooting and say they want to live next to us in peace, THAT"S IT! So please think before you write down BS!!
66. #53 USA - history didn't begin in 1945
Isragirl ,   Kiryat Yam, Israel   (03.06.08)
Buy a book, for G-d's sake!!! Jews lived in Palestine through the centuries though in small numbers, mere thousnads (who cares, right?), they started building FARMS in Palestine since 1880's, on the lands that they RIGHTFULLY BOUGHT from local Arabs who didn't give sh*t about those sandy, swampy, lawless areas! And Arabs from always empoverished Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, etc. flocked in to find JOBS, earn a living and have a NORMAL LIFE whereas before that they lived in utter poverty and disrepair. They started terrorizing and butchering Jews in early 20th century, over RELIGIOUS AND ETHNIC MATTERS, and not land disputes. The situation deteriorated since then mostly because neither Arabs nor Europeans expected the Jews TO WIN!! If you read more than news you can google, maybe you'll know something beyond the political eqivalents of the soap commercials.
67. Amnesty= all paid by Iran
NT Atilla ,   Tel Aviv   (03.06.08)
68. I think they are right to demand...
Carsten Schmidt ,   Germany   (03.06.08)
..from their government to exert pressure. But the pressure should be applied to those that are responsible for the crisis in Gaza, i.e. Hamas, Fatah, Iran, the Arab League... Carsten Schmidt, Germany
69. Hamas have lost control
Talula ,   Israel   (03.06.08)
All they need to do to ease the suffering of the people is to cease rocket fire. I just don't understand what isn't to get here. Will they lose face in front of the Palestinians, probably. But isn't it better to step back, stop rocket fire and save lives? It's clearly not what is at the top of their agenda. I'm sure the average Ahmed over there would prefer a home and a life for himself and his family rather than to live in fear of another IDF missile. I'm sure the Palestinians would speak up if only they weren't so afraid of being thrown off a very high building. Shame.
70. Conclusion: take it back? :)
(03.06.08)
71. I just want to know what Amnesty would say ...
Keren ,   Israel-SP   (03.06.08)
if Israel sent daily roquets into Gaza. Certainly they would mount Israel's head, but when those savages roquet Israel daily,it doesn't seem to be a big deal to Amnesty, to Putz now,and to other likes.
72. #53, almost as inaccurate as this report
Danny   (03.06.08)
Most of the refugees from Europe came in the 30s and 90s. They didn't come after 1945 because most of them were dead - there was this little thing called the Holocaust.... Secondly, "most people" didn't feel bad for "Jewish plight". At best they were indifferent and at worst actively hostile. Finally, at least on the ISraeli side this is not about beliefs or "points of view" this is about a strip of land unoccupied for nearly three years now attacking it's neighbour day in day out.
73. To number#45
Britt ,   Gothenburg Sweden   (03.06.08)
A lot of christians, like me,belive in the whole bible. And because God never lies or regret His promises, Israel belongs to the jews forever and as number#66 says read a histotybook, you would see the land the jews build up wasn´t much worth when they arrive and almost empty.
74. # 26 Bill, True but, when has anyone accused the pals of
petra ,   USA   (03.06.08)
having brains or even logic?
75. # 28 Raymond YES!!!!!!!
petra ,   usa   (03.06.08)
unfortunately, the Pals are knowingly used for publicity to try and win their goals by word when terror fails. They aren't really that bad off or, they'd murder Hamas( which feeds them) with their bare hands. What they can't win in battle, they hope to win in publicity. They only cry wolf when they keep losing. And losing is their specialty. The world could care less. We all pay more for food and fuel and WORK suffices for the majority of us. These beggars can't remember a time when they did not beg. They think that both Israel and the world owe them a living. When did terror assure a steady paycheck? Is assures them a seige and a time out , alone, to think about their constant insanity. They belong caged like rats that they are.
76. # 30 Al, but that's too logical
petra ,   usa   (03.06.08)
these rats never consider that people laugh at them behind their backs. They are an international failure and a bad joke on themselves for their constantly suppporting terror which seals their fates. They truly expected 'sympathy", which falls between shit and syphilis in the dictionary.. Sounds about right for a definition....
77. # 45 Yossi LOL It's called VICTORY over Terrorists
petra ,   usa   (03.06.08)
perhaps you should add the pros and cons of this talkback. The world doesn't give a rats ass about pals who brought the same terror on their own heads that they wished for the Jews. Wake up YOU LOSE, WE WIN! ( again, and again, and again, thanks to the G-d of Israel)
78. # 47 G Man Correct yes, so right.
petra ,   usa   (03.06.08)
their lies choke them, the rockets display to the world their priorities. Let them starve and shiver in the dark. They're alive, what's the problem?
79. Nobody cares what Amnesty think
(03.06.08)
80. # 54 What graves? What dancing?
petra ,   usa   (03.06.08)
You've forgotten already it was THEM who danced in the streets when 9-11 murdered 3,000 innocent peole, Muslims, Christians, Jews. Do you think they wouldn't dance on our graves? Get real.
81. Situation in SDEROT also worse since 1967!
Jack ,   San Diego, USA   (03.06.08)
82. “Poor inhabitant of Gaza”.
Jean Van Daem   (03.06.08)
When Israel pulled out of Gaza, the world waited to see what the Palestinians would make of it, as a prelude to their having a full state including the West Bank. The first thing the Palestinians did was smash all the greenhouses the settlers had built, instead of using them to aid their economy. Then they turned Gaza into a mini-terror state, launching a war against Israel that continues to this day. And now they wonder why life in Gaza is so wretched, when it could have flourished. To those who say we should not isolate Hamas: Hamas isolated itself, with its aggression not only against Israel but also against other Palestinians. When the aggression will stop, the isolation will stop. But the aggression will never stop as long as Palestinian extremists continue to enjoy support from their self-righteous cheering section, which has chapters all over the world and in many universities and trade unions as explained at : http://israelagainstterror.blogspot.com/2008/02/collapse-of-political-correctnesswhere.html
83. Where do they get the sweets to pass out?
Mark ,   Kibbutz Elrom   (03.06.08)
Each time an Israeli solider is killed.
84. Situation in Gaza worst since 1967
Leah   (03.06.08)
I think the real problem with the Palestine people is that alot of them would rather wallow in their misery, selfpity ,and hatred of Israel rather then move forward and do something positive in their lives and the lives of their children. How else do explain what has happened to the billions of dollars given to the Palestinians over the last decade? Instead of using those funds to build schools, hospitals, and homes for people living in refuge camps the money sadly went to buy weapons to kill the much hated Israelis and also to line the pockets of the terrorist leaders .
85. gaza before 67
elliot ,   point roberts,usa   (03.06.08)
belonged to egypt which was responsible for keeping the peace,,,even arafat was egyptian.Let egypt babysit hamas! Perhaps arabs are better off under isreali rule or their own here too!
86. what about 67-72
Steve from Raleigh   (03.06.08)
When Gaza was nominally autonomous, elected their own leaders and were for the most part left alone? Was that worse than before 67 too? Hmm that's fascinating because that's not what the Palestinians in Gaza themselves say.
87. Such good news!! Lets pass out candy!!
jsm   (03.06.08)
88. Gazans' hardships: Compassion is not anti-Semitism
Giorgio S. Frankel ,   Torino, Italy   (03.06.08)
The absolute lack of piety shown by many talkbacks is really sickening. Compassion for the suffering of the Palestinians in Gaza is not anti-Semitism, it's only a normal humane feeling. Unless you think they are not human beings. Thank you. Giorgio S. Frankel Italy
89. It's good to see zionazis exposed!
IRAN#1   (03.06.08)
The world is watching you and will bring the murdering criminals to court once the dust is settled.
