The rabbi is perfectly right.But actually,it's all about MODESTY.If a woman chooses to show any part of her body,she is absolutely free to do so.The way one dresses,shows her real identity.

THAT IS OF COURSE IF SHE WITH HER INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY UNDERSTANDS THIS BEFORE GOD. AND THOSE COMANDMENTS IS OF COURSE ONLY APPLYEING TO WOMEN IN FAITH OF GOD, AND PARTAKING IN A SPIRITUAL FELLOWSHIP. On religious matters Islam and Judaism are so close. Muslim women have to wear a certain type of dress. In the holy Koran veil is commanded by Alla. Muslim food and dress as well as loving our God and keeping away from idolatry is same as that taught in Jewish holy books. Muslim holy book mentions all the major Jewish figures. That is why Muslims love Moses and David and Solomon and others. Their basic beliefs are exactly the same. Koran even says God gave Jews the holy land as a gift. So, why cant they get along on political issues as well. I think its matter of sitting down and talking. Both side need to hold forums all over the world to discuss the land issue and live in peace and end all this bloodshed.

Dear Rabbi Aviner, Since you believe that women should be fully clothed at all times even in the dark because G-d is everywhere, perhaps you would rewrite the laws of mikvah which currently require women to immerse naked and say the blessing while naked? Or suggest women never wash because this means removing clothes. (stinky) Or give birth because this means removing knickers Ditto sex,even in the dark as G-d is everywhere - perhaps this should be done by email?
