The politicians are all kidding themselves if they think the Gazan civilians are so innocent. They voted Hamas in, they support them and their violence in every opinion poll. Just a few weeks ago crowds came out to a rally in whcih they mocked Gilad Shalit. They are an enemy population and I don't feel sorry for them.

Israel's restraint and appeasment for peace has had the opposite effect It only showed weakness and fed the jihadists war effort to exterminate Israel.The leftist mindset of weakness and appeasment and restraint for peace has proven an utter failure. Will they admit they were wrong or are they too proud ? If they allow Fatah to take over ,they are without brains and beyond hope.

Why didn't he direct Rice to veto this immoral, one-sided resolution which essentially calls Israel a state sponsor of terrrorism. Secretary Rice told reporters it was important to condemn "all" acts of terrorism, no matter where they arise. The Arab world has got to love this condemnation of Israel. They have to love this moral equivalence. President Bush is not a true friend. Additionally, he is a very weak leader. Otherwise the U.S. would have vetoed this immoral Sec. Council Resolution which condemned Israel.

That is why Israel should allow TZAHAL to do what the army feels is in Israel's best interest. No matter how restrained, ethical, and kind we are, the UN, the EU, the UK, the US Left, and the media will condemn us anyway. Ignore them and for once take care of Israel. what did I say? In 3 posts in different articles I said, emphatically, that there is NO MEASURE which Israel can do, whereby the rest of the world will not condemn. Free prisoners, and Israel is condemned for arresting them in the first place. Give away land and Israel is condemned thrice. ONE for purchasing the land, TWO for settling there, THREE for evicting thier own people. No difference that it is trying to appease the criminals. Stop a terrorist from bombing a TA school, and Israel is condemned for racial profiling and persecuting pals. It makes no difference, the world is full of ignorance and hatred, no amount of Israeli restraint will count for anything. If we defend ourselves, we are commiting crimes against humanity for not laying down ourselves to die.
