I do not understand you people, you feel for a few people that are INJURED but show complete disregard for the 1000s KILLED in gaza. At least they have a hospital to go to where they can be treated, but the hospitals in gaza are either bombed or without supplies. These were innocent civillians, but so are nearly all those who have been killed in gaza. The israeli government started this by not following the terms of the previous ceasefire treaty, isreal refused to open the borders and the rockets from hamas were in response to this so all civillians killed, whether israeli or palestinian can be blamed on the israelis and not hamas.

Why am I an idiot.. because i think innocent civillians shouldnt be injured or killed? I am muslim but i do not agree with the islamic extremists who carry out these actions and the attacks in london killed innocent civillians also so my opinion carries through to that also. But who really is suffering? Turn on Al Jazeera news and see the many children that are lying dead with gun shots through their small bodies.. did they deserve to die? Sure it isnt fair that these people in the article were injured but that doesnt justify what Israel is doing. Try watching or reading news that doesnt just show the western propaganda and get a more well rounded view of what really is happening. The palestinians are suffering at the hands of Isreal, not the other way round like you seem to think.

Both my father and husband are arab muslims but I do not cover my head so surely i must have received many beatings. WRONG! As I remember it Hamas has been sending rockets over the border for the last 10 years and intensified them when Israel unilaterally withdrew from Gaza in 2005, up to 80 a day. Of course the "international community" didn't care less about this and it wasn't on the news much. I'm not sure how Israel is therefore responsible for breaking the ceasefire when Hamas never obeyed it in the first place, and formally withdrew from it in June.
