I am an Israeli citizen. I don't trust Palestinian intentions or even the propeganda from Hamas on the numbers killed. I personally know innocent people who were killed in Gaza. We are creating more hate. This will not destroy Hamas but create new groups who hate us. I don't see the point.

Many thanks for responding to my message. Well actually I am a Gazan who is writing from Gaza. These days in my area we get electricity for few hours a day. The Palestinian Telecommunication company built the DSL Internet infrastructure so long ago and I simply superscribed. You need to realize that people in Gaza are not generally uneducated or underdeveloped as you think. Although I lived most of my life in Gaza and have been exposed to the Israeli psychological as well as military violence, Iam very convinced that us as Palestinians shouldn't fight Israel. To me one life of a Palestinian child is worth than the whole Middle East conflict. However, the stupid Israeli policies with the Palestinians brought a lot of hate and radicalism in the Palestinian territories. The Palestinians have not been treated fairly for decades..well since the establishment of Israel. As a Gazan who did nothing to harm Israel I suffered almost my entire life because of the occupation. Israel/s policy of collective harsh punishment against every single living in Palestine wont work for Israel by any means. We suffered from occupation,blockade,humiliation,jails,killing,buildings and farms destruction,oppression, the use of internationally banned weapons, and more to come so. As a human being, Im not for the killing of civilians in Israel, but one thing you guys need to add to your national security system, which is, as long as your neighbor suffers cuz of you, you are not going to live well. Thats how God created the world. It has to be balanced. No one lives happily at the expense of others. I hope you people wake up and realize this. The other point Id like to talk about is: There is no doubt there are lots of friends of Israel, especially in the west. However, Gaza war showed another new reality of Israel. Yes there s much shame. There is shame for Hamas, who fights a war that they have no hope of winning, who endangers their own people, who target innocents. There is shame for Israel who maintains an apartheid state, and responds with disproportionate violence with the KNOWLEDGE that they will murder innocents. Shame to the US and Israel's neighbors for giving money and arms that allow this to continue.
