I'm not going back to centuries ago , Only some years and i ask you :how many train bombings , with 200 people murdered , will you need to understand what kind of "people" are against Israel ? Yes we say Thank you to IDF , engaged in a war we did'nt want to fight , but we had NO OTHER choice left . We are not rejoycing when there are innocent victims , yes there are INNOCENT victims in the Gazan population too . Children taken away to be used as "human shields" , are true innocent victims . But terrorists who throw their weapons don't become innocent civilians . Did you hear this hamas leader : You prefer life , we prefer death . Think about this , and then you will say [ if you are honest ] : Yes Israel you are right .

must thank idf wherever we live and find more ways to help as well--i visited recently with family and we were safe because of you--the young people in uniform are great and the career military are brave,dedicated and kind as well.every casualty is a huge loss.

it's amazing to read some of the arab apologists' talkbacks here! to hear them talk, hamas were defenceless civilians, instead of 10,000 armed fighters, who fired 50-60 rockets at israeli civilians EACH DAY. a month ago, they were bragging about how gaza would become the idf's graveyard, as they booby-trapped homes and set up guns in mosques. the truth is that they were better at attacking israeli civilians than at fighting as real soldiers. those 10,000 hamas fighters disappeared behind their women and children, and even their casualties were magically transformed into "civilians" in the propaganda battle. the truth is that a modern army, with artillery and air attacks, could have massacred the people of gaza. if the idf hadn't warned people to leave, the first day's bombardment would have killed more people than the 3-week campaign. and the sad truth is that while israel values life and protects its people in shelters, hamas only wants death, and even deliberately put its own children in harm's way. there isn't a place in hell hot enough for what hamas deserves. no other army on earth could do what the idf has done, and no other army in the middle east would even have tried to avoid civilian casualties. but the arabs sure tell a convincing tale...
