Rivkah, it is not just a question of having a nuclear device. One has to be able to deliver it effectively. That's actually the much harder part. Pakistan does not have delivery capability. Russia does, but it is not likely to share it with Iran (although it is probably true that everything in the Russian arsenal is potentially for sale). I think the likelihood that Russia would provide Iran with the miniaturization technology necessary to deliver a nuclear payload a considerable distance is small.
