I am Jewish, believe in Israel and support Israel. I am also concerned, deeply concerned, about the well-being of the Palestinian people. I hope that both the Israelis and Palestinians will compromise with a spirit of generosity and caring for each other, and that the threat from the extremists in both groups will be discouraged in every way by right-thinking people. It's time for peace in the region.
