this is a load of nonsense, when almost every male muslim child is called mohammed either by a middle name, or part of a first name this is easy. it doesnt mean only muslims are being born. it discounts other eurpeans who name their children from a variety of names. it certainly does NOT mean non muslims are born.

I think that is wise to present data like this. It happens in many countries; but we are Israel... Perhaps we are a great "Country" with great problems to solve. Surely we are a great People.

It always depends on what you mean by the term "Israel". Usually I'd use it to describe (the area and the population etc. of) the State of Israel, meaning Israel in the "pre-1967 borders" + the Golan Heights + East Jerusalem, but without West Bank and Gaza. Concerning this territories, the numbers are 7.4 mio. people, 74% of them jewish. The author achieves a figure of less then 50% jews only by also considering the population of West BAnk and Gaza. This doesn't mean that anything about the CBS numbers is wrong - the central bureau of statstics gave the numbers of the ISRAELI POPULATION - and hardly anybody (except the author of this article) calls the West Bank Palestinians "Israeli Population". And then he even claims that the Israeli government rules over 1.55 mio. residents of the Gaza Strip. This is part of his "real figures". Gaza being ruled by the israeli Government --- did he miss the news of the last four years?

If the truth doesn't fit your destructive agenda, try to convince us of the opposite? While you're building bombs and throwing blame, we're reading up and pitying your self-destruction.
