Why is that as of late, it seems Israel's Rabbinate issues one stupid uttering after another. I'm a Christian and I fail to see how this decree despises Christians?! How does this impact Christians, or even Jews who are NOT following this man's stream of Judaism, at all? I don't view this man as an imbecile, nor do I view this as a reason for Jews to feel ashamed or embarrassed ... as some TBs have stated. He's a religious leader speaking to his flock. This is what religious leaders do. None of us *must* agree with this man, thank G-d! I can't see what harm he is doing to anyone except those who look to him for religious guidance.
