There are tens, if not hundereds of Jewish messiahs... All it means is that one is annointed. THE moshiach is a special moshicah that lives at the end of time. If not the end of days? Not THE moschiach! Swords not beaten into plowshares? Not THE moshiach! The final temple not built? Not THE moshiach! Not the correct lineage? Not THE moshiach! Jews can believe anyone is the moshiach. Since the above hasn't happened, then they are ALL wrong. The moshiach is just a man. JUST A MAN. The lineage of Jesus of Nazereth, is not just inconsistant, but AUTOMATICALLY diqualifies him as being THE messiah. Forget the qualifications he is supposed to fufill in the second coming. And even if he was THE messiah, the messiah SHOULD NOT be worshiped. He will just be a man.

If the Jewish Christians were breaking the law, the police should have been called and placed them in jail. There is no need for violence towards people who are handing out literature. Ignore & walk on -or- Just Say NO!! Pieces of paper can't harm you. I've been handed literature by people of other religions while walking on the street ... I either take it and throw it away or I keep walking. Sometimes I read the literature. I'm comfortable in my own religion, Christianity, so I'm not afraid of reading the literature of others.

We used to work at the highways and it was a very hard work. Jews are very hard to convert. Eventually some missionaries converted to Judaism. I personally know one guy John who become a haredi and even works as an anti missionary now. Another former missionary who used to be a pastor in California. His name is Gavriel Sanders. These Christian missionaries are crazy! If they cared one bit about their fellow humans, they'd go back to the US and minister to the prisoners, 95% whom are Christian. Since Israeli law does not allow missionaries to harass her citizens, the ultra-orthodox had every right to do what they did. But since the Lord Yah blinded the eyes of the Jews to the Messiah when he came as a sacrificial lamb, I do not believe the Jews (but only the Jews) are held accountable to know their Messiah by the name Yeshua. For Jews only, knowing their Messiah and Lord as Adonai is sufficient.
