1. Business as usual
Ricardo Macher ,   KarneiShomron Israel   (10.24.09)
If we want to pray in the Temple Mount, that is in Jerusalem, indivisible capital of Israel we are "provoking" the arabs!!! Please somebody cut the crap and explain to everyone that religious liberty means our rights to pray in the Temple Mount also!!! If we don't have liberty, then they wont have either, is that so wrong? Are we criminals because we want to pray in the most sacred part of OUR capital city????
2. Jews built TWO temples there and the arabs want to claim the

land for their own. They are relying on the old principle that if you tell a lie loud enough, to enough people enough times there will be people who believe the lie is true. Jews just need to keep telling the truth louder than the arab lies.
3. capital ??#1wwooww
palestinian ,   jerusalem ,Palestine   (10.25.09)
take this one trying to be polite answer : you can't enforce your presence and opinion on 1.5 billion muslims . having more fire toys doesn't mean anything ,or you haven't noticed yet...... .the QURAN gave 2 facts established until the judgement day : 1- when you come back to the holy land ,the land of the believers ,as it is now since 1948 ,you will be surrounded by BRAVE people ..yap ..that is us ..sorry .that is God's testimony . 2- you are the weakest of the weakest ..plus Quran said that you look united only from the outside but your heart is devided ..look at the details .wow.. you want more details ,we have a lot of that . Finally sweety ... it is your capital only when we say so .and will never do that . for the reporter ..it is not an arabs vs Jews issue ,,it is muslims vs jews ...and the Aqsa mosque is the one with a green dome ..not the golden one ,nice try though .
4. Israel Must Withdraw from Arab Area!
Herut ,   New York   (10.25.09)
It is time for Israel to stand up and do the right thing and withdraw from Arab land! Let's start with the embassy in Cairo...as the Egyptians support our more "local"enemies who are in the way of our rebuilding the Bet HaMikdash! (I would mention Amman too, except our holy land extends to the Euphrates!)
5. Koran says Land of Israel is JEWISH!!!!!!
Dan ,   New York   (10.25.09)
Muslims need to read the Koran. Allah reaffirms that all of the Land of Israel is Jewish. Koran, Surah 17 Verse 104 states: "And We said thereafter to the Children of Israel, "Dwell securely in the land (of promise)": but when the second of the warnings came to pass, We gathered you together in a mingled crowd." Koran, Surah 5 Verse 20-21 states: "Moses said to his people: O my people! Remember the bounty of God upon you when He bestowed prophets upon you, and made you kings and gave you that which had not been given to anyone before you amongst the nations. O my people! Enter the Holy Land which God has written for you, and do not turn tail, otherwise you will be losers."
6. al-masjid al-aqsa had nothing to do with Jerusalem, but ...
Ron B. ,   Lod   (10.25.09)
al-masjid al-aqsa had nothing to do with Jerusalem, but was in fact the mosque in Madina. Politics, not religious sensibility, has fueled the Muslim attachment to Jerusalem for nearly fourteen centuries; what the historian Bernard Wasserstein has written about the growth of Muslim feeling in the course of the Countercrusade applies through the centuries: “often in the history of Jerusalem, heightened religious fervour may be explained in large part by political necessity.” This pattern has three main implications. First, Jerusalem will never be more than a secondary city for Muslims; “belief in the sanctity of Jerusalem,” Sivan rightly concludes, “cannot be said to have been widely diffused nor deeply rooted in Islam.” Second, the Muslim interest lies not so much in controlling Jerusalem as it does in denying control over the city to anyone else. Third, the Islamic connection to the city is weaker than the Jewish one because it arises as much from transitory and mundane considerations as from the immutable claims of faith. 7. Why are Jews called "far-right"??
BJL ,   usa   (10.25.09)
Who just want to go and pray like Jews have done for 3000 years? Were our forefathers "far-right" who went to the Temple? Was the Rambam "far-right" when he went up to pray?
8. to #3 wrong not 1948.
ghostq   (10.25.09)
jews existed in jerusalem during saladin time in 1125. Richard the lions heart the british monarch documented killing jews in way back than. BTW saladin wasn't Arab he was kurd. and the jews presence in jerusalem apeare also in the Quran. as for unity I don't think the muslim world is united otherwise suniis vr shiis problem wouldn't apeare.
9. btw jerusalem is a jewish name
ghostq   (10.25.09)
zion is also the name of jerusalem, witch apears in both old and new testaments. only the muslims who apeared 600 years after the distruction of the temple desided to change and rewrite the history.
10. Protect the Temple Mount from Jewish conquest????
Jay3 ,   ISrael   (10.25.09)

11. Notice the language used!
JAy3 ,   ISrael   (10.25.09)
Muslims are holy clerics, but the Jews are FAr right! ENough of your slander YNet! WHy do you use anti ISrael reporters to cover most stories! Is there an editor even working, or can these Jew haters just write any headline they feel like? HAs Weiss or Waked ever written anything positive about ISrael or Jews? NO!
12. #5 As stated in the Koran,
observer   (10.25.09)
Moses’ people let him down and did not enter the Land under the excuse that they would not fight the “mighty” people who were inhabiting the land. They (Jews) said to Moses go you and your God to fight, but here we would stay (not fighting), that's stated in verses; 22,24 of the same surah 5.
