destroy the "parliament" in mid-day, an hour or two before they leave for "prayers." Use high power transmitters to tell the iranian people the government is crushed, go kill any revolutionary guards you can find and this mess will be over.

You'd be the first to sell your country down the river out of ignorance. Then you hide behind a peace sign. Grow a spine before its too late.

Only a radical change of regime will make a difference at this stage. Mullen's assessment is probably correct, despite what we wish to believe. Our main focus should be towards neutralizing the major threat against Israel and our friends. To achieve that goal we need to be clear as to the exact nature of that threat, which appears to be their nucleur capability, in the hands of a dictator. Having decided the veracity of that statement, it is then clear as to what our immediate target is...elimanate both the nucleur threat and those behind it. If we cannot realistically eliminate their nucleur program with AG / GG missiles, and furthermore place ourselves (Israel) in a more vulnerable position at this stage of the conflict, then perhaps the answer lies in a greater effort to remove their leadership capability. To the latter end, economic sanctions is a legitimate means, but doesn't go far enough. If the sanctions are aimed at causing further unrest amongst the 'captive' Persian people, then we also need to vigrously provide them teh means to overthrow their leadership. This should be done in conjunction with effective sabatoge attempts against their underground complex. However, the US should learn from Iraq that it's one thing to remove a dictator, and another to be unprepared to have a viable replacement. Hence, teh aim to remove their nucleur threat should be also regarded as a seperate target. Meanwhile, inaction only serves the interests of the Iranians dictatorship. Perhaps, it's time for a doubles' tennis match (reference to Dubai) with the USA as our partner...anyone for tennis?

41. does he speak on behalf of the Joint chiefs or Obama
zionist forever   (02.23.10)
Mullan says nothing without authority of Obama. If his commander in chief says he wants the official policy of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to be attacking Iran is a mistake then he has to go along with the official political line and behind the scenes try and talk Obama into accepting reality. Military advisors who are there by political appointment should not be trusted. If your going to listen to the military establishment it shouldn't be the men who are there as a result of political appointment.

Mark, I am not pivey to anything, all I am saying is that any plans or strategy that may or may not be used will not be published in the media. As far as matters being too big for my head and the rest of your post, you are clearly a hypocrite to pound me for what you continually do, which is postulate on what you are not privey to. Relax Mark, I am sure that what ever happens, you will have nothing important to add.
