Infact, that's one reason why Rafah is mostly closed because Hamas refuses to meet Egypt's demand on having Fatah at the border.
But regarding a Turkish company, you might be right. It's like saying they'd accept an Iranian company. Of course they would...and of course Israel will not, not should they, approve.
