I for one welcome the effort to offset the effort to delegitimize Israel, but I am afraid it is too late and the inertial toward a worldwide conflict is overwhelming. When you have the left in a baffling and counterintuitive solidarity with Islam one has to put aside that part of the intellect that does not allow for evil; you cannot rationalize or lend relativity to that kind of madness. I am also perplexed by China and Russia who tinker with the works in the hope that the western democracies will fall but believe the madness will not reach them. Unless the west drops the calibration of 'diversity' as an act of contrition and self doubt (with moments of self flagellation) and once again finds its Judeo-Christian roots, we are lost. The first step back from the addiction to diversity is to brand Islam for what it is...a political movement and a party. Until they openly renounce some of the particularly repugnant aspects of their 'religion' such as subjugation of women and the killing of non-believers (especially Jews and Christians who are singled out in the Quran), the 'religion' should lose its legal status as a religion. Until then, God Bless the United States, Great Britain and Israel; we will be the ones who stand up to those who would see us destroyed.
