Visiting rights in hospital, we are not recognised as family. Death inheritence, in the absense of a will my partner of 12 years is not recognised as my spouse and my estate would go to the state. Should i be killed in action while seriving in the IDF my partner is not recognised as my spouse and will be denied my pension rights as well as ceremonial rights as my widower.
