If this person represents the "peaceful intentions" of the PA, the chance for PEACE is non-existant. The time has come for the world to understand the real facts. The arab world with all the BS it puts out, still calls for the destruction of ISRAEL. Abbas has no power. He does not represent the "palestinians"!!! Nobody does.

If you reject to accept the idea that the State of Israel is a Jewish state, than we reject your idea for a Palestinian state. End of story, end of negotiations. Enjoy remaining under occupation...

Christians have no claim on Israel. God gave the land to the Jews and made them his chosen people. The Bible makes that very clear. It would be very interesting to watch you telling God that he made a mistake and that you know better.

It is too early in the negotiation for the Pals to acknowledge Israel as a Jewish state, which is equivalent to giving up the so called "right of return". Many interim consessions will be needed before this is possible. Of course, peace cannot be attained without an end to the demand of a "right of return". And further, it is doubtful if the other Arab countries will now or ever give the Palestinians the authority to relinquish the "right of return".

The reason the Arabs consider the acceptance of Israel as a "Jewish State" is, as they claim, based on how non-Jews will be treated. Well, Israel has always been built on Jewish principles and a full inclusion of all citizens in the govt and daily life of the State. In essence, Israel has always been a Jewish State even without the official name, and yet, non-Jewish groups have only prospered compared to similar populations in neighboring Arab countries. I think what is behind this rejection is the belief that Israel will act as Arabs will if given the chance. In other words, in Arab countries - minorities and non-Arab Muslims ARE stripped of rights, are treated poorly, and are sometimes thrown in jail or expelled. The Arab fears are based on simple human psychology of thieves - "criminals are the first to suspect other people of trying to rob them". Since Muslims in West Bank have already targeted Christians and stolen their property, I doubt highly that Abbas' crew is concerned with Christians' future in Israel.

There will always be groups of Leftists, terrorists, or criminals that will deny Israel's right to exist based on any number of convoluted arguments. Announcing they accept Israel at all will not end this. It will simply begin a new period where they will try to dictate how such a State should exist. Today, they demand "equality" for Arabs in Israel (which means - majority rule by minority) or else be dubbed as an "apartheid State". They demand seditionist NGOs be allowed to operate inside Israel, and that Arab politicians be allowed to join efforts to destroy Israel...or again be listed as "apartheid". Even the Arab peace plan is woefully flawed in that, after all the demands which could lead to Israel's demise, only sovereign States would adhere to the agreement while all the "Palestinian" terror groups and Hizbullah do not have to.

NO they don't..I could quote you many prophecies about modern Israel which point to the opposite,that Israel must be restored in unbelief first..then in zech 12:10-14 you will see they will find the messiah when they are back inJerusalem.This proves it! You "Palestinians" constantly demand your right to self-determination under these laws despite the fact that you are not a unique race nor religion. You also demand a State that is free of all Jews, which essentially is ethnic cleansing, an war crime and major human rights violation. And Syria IS listed as the "Arab Republic of Syria", including many other Arab countries. If Palestine is to be considered the "State of the Palestinians" than Israel MUST be considered the "State of the Jews". End story.

The UN resolution 181 (1947) which was the partition and basis for two states (this is the resolution the Arabs rejected and resulted in war and refugees) is the creation of an Arab and Jewish States - Jewish state is mentioned throughout the resolution. No recognizing a Jewish State is the same as not recognizing two state solution. It is not a game of words is is the actual meaning of rejection. Basically there is no interest in accepting the basis of the two states by the Palestinians - surprise/surprise. All the claims of effecting Arab status in Israel is nonsense the state has defined itself as Jewish state (like the PA and many arab regimes by Islam - and teh difference - Arabs in Israel got the vote with its creation - Vs. the Arab states or treatment of minorities in Gaza and West bank by Hamas/PA). There are numerous democratic countries around the world which define the state state religion or grouping - it does not mean freedoms can not be maintained- vs. the Arab/Islamic world where freedom (and protection of minorities) is non existent.. For Bibi to negotiate without the basis of two states of two different people is to negotiate an everlasting war. History demonstrates that these open ended issues only serve as pretence for future conflict by subsequent generations. Basically if the Palestinians are serious re two states then the same as Bibi accepts two states with one being Palestinians/islamic so should the Palestinians - for Bibi to continue to negotiate without it is guarantee future conflicts but in a worst stating position for Israel
