There is the larger one, whose members have nuclear weapons. Then, there is the much, much smaller one, made up of countries which have nuclear weapons AND THE CAPACITY TO DELIVER THEM. But, ask yourself this: given the Stuxnet worm which Israel has created, do you really think there is a single country in the world that would risk launching a nuke against Israel? Do you? Do you? We are G-d's chosen people, and we were chosen for a reason.
