Your correct, transparency in government and private sector is almost always good. This is hardly the point here. This "investigation" is armed by the right and aimed to the left. That part is transparent. It is also not equal, balanced, nor developed for transparency. The goal is to destroy the left. Response to your second question is: Israel's own High Court of Justice calls Israel an occupier of remaining Mandate territory. Answer to third question is America conquered Indian land when international law was the law of conquest. That changed with the 1928 Kellogg Briand Treaty.
