When I go to visit Israel, I can use my Russian knowledge - despite of not being Russian - very often whenever I have difficulties with my Hebrew. The former USSR was the first state to recognize Israel's independence and the Russians started to support the Arabs only after the US became the main player and supporter of Israel in the 60-ies, 70-ies. Israel should care intensively of Russia and show Moscow that for Israel both the US and Russia are equally important allies. Each super power has economic interests worldwide.
