and it was under the control of Israel who won the land during a war. Infact, the land won already belonged to Israel but was stolen through an Arab war of extermination. Since most West Bank Arabs immigrated under the urging of Jordan, that makes them illegal under the Geneva Convention. Most Arabs in WB hold Jordanian citizenship and Jordan has renounced any claim (as if they had a legal claim to it) thus creating a situation where these Arabs are residing in disputed areas illegally. No reason they should be able to buy land in a sovereign country outside of Jordan.

the issue is not if Israeli's can buy land it's if Jews can buy land. If a Arab-Israeli's want to buy land in the PA they can do so freely even though they are an Israeli. If a Jew wants to buy land then not only is he not allowed to do so, but the person who should violate that law is sentenced to death. This is racist to Jews and cruel punishment to Arabs. As for Palestinians not buying land in Israel what do you call the 1 million Palestinian Arabs living in Israel as Israeli's purchasing and buying land all the time? Your absolutely right in saying it's not the same thing. PA is racist towards Jews. If I was a Jew from Germany and I'm a German national without Israeli citizenship can I purchase land in the PA? No, and if I do the guy that sells it to me gets the death penalty.
