Its the right of every Lebanese to be prepared to defend Lebanon and in particular South Lebanon from the Zionests aggression. Everyone has to know that we are in a cease fire agreement and not peace agreement. So, all possibilities are open and its our total right to defend ourselves whenever needed as long as our Lebanese Army is not able to do it on its own.

UN Security Council 1701 very explicitly prohibits the accumulation of weapons by Hizballah and in particular south of the Litani River. Furthermore, this form of accumulation violates all humanitarian laws and the laws of war. But, the UN that maintain personnel in Lebanon is silent about it. It is noisy when 20 apartments are constructed for the needy in Jerusalem.

Nobody is saying that you have no right to defend yourself. The only thing that is mentioned is that your heroes placed their bunkers and rockets in the villages, in the middle of populated areas.
